Surprising stay
friendly staff excellent breakfast ideal location
The staff was very friendly. The restaurant provided an excellent breakfast. I found the location ideal, not too busy, near Soho, and easily accessible to bikes and subways.

Adequate Stay at the Hotel
convenient location rooftop bar small room dirty carpet
I found the location quite convenient. The restaurant opened early. It allowed me to start my day with a delicious breakfast. The rooftop bar provided great views.
The room was super small. It would have been okay if it was better maintained. I saw several minor maintenance issues, like scuffs on the walls and furniture. The hallway carpet also seemed dirty.

friendly staff accessible location noisy neighbors basement reception
The location was easily accessible , with a coffee shop attached. The staff were very friendly and helped me carry my luggage as soon as I walked in.
The reception is in the basement , so I needed to carry my suitcase down to check in. I experienced noisy neighbors and a dog next door barked all through the night , so I needed earplugs.
